SIH (Sun In House System) The SIH system is the lighting philosophy owned by Mr. Si Chung Noh, CEO of Feelux. SIH system comes from the idea of interrelating lighting conditions and a person’s biorhythm. For instance, cool light increases certain hormones which are known to control our alertness. Consequently, warm light brings less stimulation, but has a positive influence on our mental state, which improves our mood and reduces stress.
	It is important for people today to understand the influence lighting has to one’s sentiment, so that they can apply it into everyday life. By regulating color, temperature, and light intensity, a person can benefit by forming a warm atmosphere at home and boosting the efficiency of work, study, and/or business.
	When depressed, elevating light color temperature and rate of intensity is advised, while if you’re tired and in need of rest, moderate intensity and low color temperatures, like sunset, will allow some relaxations. To set the mood for work or study, intensity and high color temperature reinforce people’s concentration. When nervous, apply low color temperature and intensity.
